PNC looking for other credits to join in forcing Dwek into bankruptcy

At least as early as February 8, PNC was looking for creditors to join in forcing bankruptcy. PNC was lead creditor in involuntary bankruptcy filing against Dwek made on February 9, 2007. Our hearing was on January 31st and we have been in the market looking for tenants since at least as early as that date.
